  • Recognize the most common epilepsy syndromes in infants and their therapies
  • Define healthcare transition
  • Describe factors impacting health care transition for youth with epilepsy
  • Discuss barriers to and how to improve the transition to adult care
  • Discuss the approach to diagnosis and pharmacotherapy in elderly patients
  • Describe issues related to the elderly with epilepsy (e.g., comorbidities and drug interactions)
