ECHO Epilepsy Ontario is hosting an Epilepsy Care Essentials: Education Dinner Event in Toronto, Ontario. This event will build your knowledge and confidence in epilepsy care management and best-practices for adults living with epilepsy!
Set in a relaxed and social atmosphere, this event includes a didactic presentation on Autoimmune Epilepsy coupled with engaging discussion on case-based presentations to support the application of your learning. Throughout the evening you will also have the opportunity to network with colleagues!
Complimentary food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, on behalf of the ECHO Epilepsy Program, which is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health.

Neurologist & Epileptologist, Toronto Western Hospital (UHN)
Dr. Julien Hébert is a Medical Lead for the ECHO Epilepsy in Adults program. Dr. Hébert a Clinician-Investigator neurologist and epileptologist based at the TWH (University Health Network) and an Assistant Professor at the U of T Department of Medicine. He has a medical degree from McGill, completed residency in Adult Neurology at UofT, Clinical Fellowship in Epilepsy from Columbia University, and a Master of Epidemiology at Sorbonne University. His research interests include autoimmune encephalitis, pregnancy and epilepsy, and neurogenetics.
Neurologist & Epilepsy Specialist, Southlake Regional Health Centre
Dr. Kyle Goldberger is a Medical Lead for the ECHO Epilepsy in Adults program. Dr. Kyle Goldberger is an Epilepsy Specialist and Neurologist, practicing out of Southlake Regional Health Centre, where he serves as Division Head, and at Toronto Western Hospital, as a Clinical Associate. He completed his neurology residency in 2022 at Queen’s U, followed by an Epilepsy/EEG fellowship at the U of T (Toronto Western Hospital). Kyle completed a Graduate Diploma in Business at the Smith School of Business, Queen’s University and is passionate about the application of design and business principles to healthcare.
